How to become a public school teacher in Ontario

Those wishing to teach in public schools in Ontario must be certified. 
Ontario Teaching Certificates are granted by the Ontario College of Teachers (OCT). Everyone must apply to the OCT to get the teaching license. For consultation on the process, please contact our Internationally Trained Teachers Project :
