This workshop provides information to help you prepare for interviews by learning about the interview process and different interviewing techniques. The techniques presented can also be used as a refresher for those who feel they need to brush up on their interviewing skills.

The different types of interviews and their purposes will be presented as well as the practical details to review before an interview.  You will also have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with behavioural and situational questions asked during an interview. You will learn some tips, general pointers and how to answer difficult questions.

You will understand the importance of a thank you note after the interview and know about interview  ‘dos and don’ts’ so that you will be prepared to approach this crucial step in your hiring process with confidence.
